Function documentation Message Overview   Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can get an overview of all messages created for a test plan, in the Test Workbench. Messages are created by testers when a test could not be performed successfully, and the tester assigns a status.

Prerequisites

You use the overview when you have created test plans in the Test Workbench, and testers have already started to test.

Prerequisite for the use of the message overview is a message system in which your testers can create messages. You need a user in the message system. You have specified in the Central Test Workbench Settings, that your message system is the local system, or you have specified an RFC destination for a remote message system.

For further information about creating the message system, see notes 0408398, 0438794 and 0434534.

Functions

·        Message status
