You can display the contents of a version in the relevant viewer.

Prerequisites

You are in the version management.

Versions of content objects are displayed.

Procedure

To display the contents of a version:

  1. Select a version.

  2. Choose Display Contents.

    The Define Directory for Storage on the Local Host dialog box appears.

  3. Define a temporary directory and choose Enter.

Result

The version of the content object is displayed in the viewer belonging to the format, for example, Word documents are displayed in Word.
