You can integrate PDF online forms into Web Dynpro applications. Customers can access the forms online (once they have logged on to the SAP system) and enter the necessary data directly into the system.

You can integrate online forms into applications in the following development environments:

  • Web Dynpro for ABAP in SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP

  • Forms in SAP Business Workflow for various SAP ERP business packages (in particular, Manager Self-Services) are developed in ABAP Workbench (transaction SFP) and implemented in the Web Dynpro for Java runtime environment.

Caution Caution

To use interactive online forms in Adobe Reader, users need Reader Rights. These rights allow you to enter and save data in forms. Reader Rights are configured as part of the installation and configuration process of Adobe Document Services.
