SAP Basis 7.10 contains the data objects that are specific to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) and these data objects are associated with predefined distribution rules. During runtime these distribution objects must be distributed to the client devices to enable communication with the DOE. To enable the distribution, the rules associated with these data objects must be activated. For example, the user data object contains information about device users. To enable the DOE to send the user information to the client devices, the distribution rules for the user data object must be activated.

Prerequisites

You have logged on to the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator.

Procedure

  1. Choose Administration.

  2. In the Distribution Rule Administrationscreen area, choose Distribution Rule Administration.

  3. In the Filter rules screen area, in the Distribution Model SWCV field, enter SAP BASIS 7.10 and choose Filter rules.

  4. Select all the rules and then choose Activate.
