Downloading Details into User-Details Data Object 
After creating users in the back end or in the system on which the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) is installed, you must download the user details into the User Details data object.
Prerequisites
You have administrator rights on the DOE.
If you are downloading the User Details data object from a system that is different from the system specified in the DOE, you need to set the following parameters:

Indicates if users are to be downloaded from a back-end system or from a local system. |
In the Text Value field, enter X to download from the back-end system. |
USR_DWLD_BE_DEST |
Specify the back-end destination from where you want to download the user details.
This parameter will be considered if you have set the value of USR_DWLD_BE_SEARCH to X End of the note. |
In the Text Value field, enter the Text enter the RFC destination name. |
ROLE_DWLD_BE_DEST |
Specify the back-end destinations from where you want to download the ROLES of the users. |
In the Text Value field, enter the RFC destination name from where you want to download the roles.. |
NoteProcedure
Log on to the SAP NetWeaver AS and start transaction SDOE_LOAD.
Enter the following details for data object selection:

Software Component
Select the Software Component Version (SWCV) SAP BASIS from the list.
Data Object
Select the data object USERDETAILS from the list.
Select Initial Download as the Load Type.
Choose Execute.
