Checking Templates
You can have the system check new templates or changed copies of SAP standard templates. The template check includes the following aspects:
● Is there a workset for the template?
● Is at least one room role assigned to each page in the workset?
● Do the parameters and iViews that are assigned to one another exist?
● Are the extensions configured correctly?

1. Choose Content Administration → Collaboration Content → Room Template Administration or Room Part Template Administration.
2. In the context menu for the template, choose Validate.
The system
checks the template and issues a log with information messages (
), warnings (
), and error messages (
).
3. Solve any problems:

The messages contain information about solving the problem. Open the template for editing and make the required corrections. |
4. Repeat the check until the system reports no more problems.
