Creating an IIS Web Site 

 

Procedure

To create and configure an IIS Web Site, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      Open the Internet Service Manager.

       2.      Create a new Web site with the name SAPExchange and make a note of the port as well as the protocol on which this site is running.

       3.      Set the permissions to Execute.

       4.      Select the directory you just created as the home directory, for example, c:\SAPExchangeTransport.

       5.      Open the properties dialog box for the new Web site, and choose the Directory security tab.

       6.      Deselect all Authentication modes.

       7.      Select Basic Authentication with default Domain and Realm selected.

       8.      Confirm with OK.
