Kernel Administration
In the Logs user menu, among other things, you can find a display for database kernel log files (dbm.utl) containing administrative commands which can be sent from the DBM server to the database kernel.
The user has been assigned a role in accordance with the Authorization Concept. You are in the user menu of the user with the authorizations that correspond to this role.

1. In the user menu, choose liveCache Assistant (transaction LC10).

Enter the name of the database
connection.
You can select the name from the list of existing names. You can restrict the
search for the required name.
3. Choose liveCache ® Monitoring.
4. Choose Problem Analysis ® Logs ® Kernel Administration.
The log files from the database kernel (dbm.utl) are displayed.
· You can use the navigation help (start of file, end of file) for orientation within the log.
· Choose Import File to update the output.
