Difference in Commitment / Settlement Costing
Technical name: 0BA_VVAZAK
Use
The difference in the NPV between commitment costing and settlement costing. Commitment costing is key date costing at the time of the loan commitment involving the loan conditions valid at this time. If partial disbursements are made after the time of commitment that differ from the disbursement schedule, the cash flow valid at the time of commitment changes. Consequently, recalculation (settlement costing) is necessary, resulting in what is known as the settlement net present value.
