You can define: which information objects

• should be displayed in the Web Browser or offline presentation
• should be printed when you print a structure with information objects

You can define:

• if only released information objects should be displayed or printed...or
• if the current version of the information objects should be displayed or printed, whatever their status.

To define the information object display:

1. Choose Settings ® Display Info Objects.

The Display Info Objects dialog box appears.

2. Choose a kind of display and then Continue.

The information objects are displayed as chosen in the Web Browser and offline presentation.

The information objects are printed as defined.

The selection is valid until the next settings change for the information object display.
