NetWeaver Business Process Management (BPM) enables reporting on process instance level regarding both generic process data and process context data. NetWeaver BPM BI content described in this section is restricted to the generic process data, which is common among various process models, such as start and end time, status, duration, and so on and is needed for monitoring process performance and efficiency. Generic process data is provided automatically with every process.

Process context data is specific for each process and requires additional modeling steps on the BW side.
