If you have the necessary authorization, you can make application-related information available to users in the Help Center of any SAP application by using links to files. For this to be possible, the files must be saved in a repository set up for the Help Center. You can use the following repositories:

  • Shared network folder

  • Solution Manager repository (project structures or a special repository for the Help Center)

Note Note

The files that you link to in the Help Center can have any format. They can be documents, slides, tables, graphics, video recordings, and so on. However, you must make sure that you only link to file formats that users can display on their local PCs.

End of the note.
