and Undelivered Products

This InfoCube contains detailed information that describes individual stockout occurrences for a given product/location (when the stock level at the distribution center was zero or less) and situations for which undelivered products (from the distribution center to the store) exist.
At the distribution center level, undelivered store orders (or undelivered products) are the equivalent of lost sales at the store level.
The undelivered products key figure is very important in the retail industry, as this value is used to calculate the service level for a distribution center.
