Enabling User Collaboration 

The Enabling User Collaboration scenario allows efficient collaboration in your company portal. It allows individual users and teams to communicate and collaborate within their business processes and access shared data in virtual rooms.
This documentation describes, how to develop and integrate new services and extensions in order to enhance the collaboration capabilities of SAP NetWeaver.

Prerequisites

Developers that want to enhance the Enabling User Collaboration scenario with custom developments need to have a basic understanding of the underlying technical components. The following table lists the knowledge required as prerequisites for this documentation:

Technical usage type for SAP NetWeaver	The Collaboration capabilities of SAP NetWeaver are part of the Enterprise Portal (EP) usage type.
