Displaying Personal Financial Statements with CRM_FS_PFS

Prerequisites

You have activated the business function CRM-FS, Guided Loan Origination Process (CRM_FS_NBRNWL_1).

Personal financial statements have already been archived.

We deliver the field catalog SAP_CRM_FS_PFS and the archive information structure SAP_CRM_FS_PFS.

If you want to add additional fields, you must do the following:

Deactivate the archive information structure.
Add the required fields.
Delete the transparent table related to the old archive information structure.
Activate the archive information structure.
Fill the archive information structure with already archived data in order to read the existing archived data.

Procedure

To display archived personal financial statements, choose Archive Search on the search screen for personal financial statements.

The following search criteria are available:

Business partner ID
Declaration date
Personal financial statement ID

In the Archive Search result list, the system displays the relevant header information for the archived personal financial statement. You can click a personal financial statement item to display the details of the archived item.
