Condition Category 180000 - Amount Limits
You use this predefined condition category to represent amount limits.
You use this condition category to define specific limits for each settlement period. The total settlement results for a condition type must be within these limits.
The system behaves as follows according to the condition type used:
Condition category: Amount limit with reference condition type 'Interest Condition':
There is no interest condition for the reference condition type, or the calculated interest condition is 0.
The system ignores the amount limit.
The calculated absolute amount of the interest condition is > 0.
If the calculated amount is less than the trivial amount, the calculated amount remains unchanged.
If the calculated amount is more than the trivial amount but less than the minimum amount, the system posts the minimum amount.
If the calculated amount is between the minimum and maximum amount, the calculated amount remains unchanged.
If the calculated amount is more than the maximum amount, the system posts the maximum amount.
Condition category 'Amount Limit' with reference condition type 'Charge Condition':
There is no charge condition for the reference condition type.
The system ignores the amount limit.
The calculated charge condition is 0.
If there is a trivial amount that is > 0, the calculated amount of 0 remains unchanged.
If the trivial amount is 0, the minimum amount is posted.
The calculated absolute amount of the charge condition is > 0.
If the calculated amount is less than the trivial amount, the calculated amount remains unchanged.
If the calculated amount is more than the trivial amount but less than the minimum amount, the system posts the minimum amount.
If the calculated amount is between the minimum and maximum amount, the calculated amount remains unchanged.
If the calculated amount is more than the maximum amount, the system posts the maximum amount.
