You can use the CRM FS Contract/Quotation (CRM_LEAS) archiving object to destroy all data for the following objects:

  • Banking customer quotes

  • FS quotations

  • Banking sales contracts

For data privacy purposes, this data is regarded as person-related data. Therefore, regulations in your country may stipulate that you need to archive this data once a specified residence time has been reached.

The CRM_LEAS archiving object supports the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) functions for data destruction. You can use the ILM Policies function (transaction IRMPOL) to define the rules for retaining this data. Sample rules for data retention are available. Prerequisites

To archive banking customer quotes and banking sales contracts you have activated the business function CRM-FS, Guided Loan Origination Process (CRM_FS_NBRNWL_1).

You have activated the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) business function.

Procedure

    To view the tables from which data for this archiving object is deleted, go to Archive Administration (transaction SARA), enter the archiving object, and choose Database Tables.
