For the steps of the checklist, you can create rules that determine the planned start and planned end dates automatically.
You can define rules to fill these dates with default values. The start date and the planned end are then determined automatically.
The system calculates the duration of the checklist steps according to the response times that you have defined in the Response Profile
field.
To define the values for the calculation, you have to specify the response time CHKLST_DURA on the SAP Easy Access screen under Service Level Agreements (SLA).
. For more information, seeThe determined dates are assigned to every step of the checklist. If required, you can overwrite these dates to schedule single steps in the time frame of the given duration. Especially for follow-on steps, a manual scheduling can be helpful. The end date must not be higher than the automatically calculated value.
The system uses the creation date of the checklist to calculate the dates.
Note
The start date of the transaction itself does not influence the calculation of the dates in the Checklist steps.
By editing the transaction, the system automatically recalculates the dates in the following situations:
When you change one of the attributes in the transaction that are used as key fields in the Response Profile
field, for example priority.
When you change the response profile.
