If you want to calculate a condition amount, choose the value Periodic in the Frequency Category field.

You define the length of a period in the fields Repetition period and Repetition unit.

The start of the first calculation period is determined by the valid-from date of the condition. If the valid-from date does not correspond to the time period, then the first period is either longer or shorter than the other periods.

In Field 1. Calculation Day, you explicitly specify the end of the first calculation period The system adds the repetition unit to this date to determine the period end date of the following periods.

The contract end can shorten the last calculation period.

Depending on the settings you make for pro rata calculation, the condition amount is either calculated in full, partially or not at all for a shortened or an extended period.
