Process

  • Higher-level ID

You can assign a new grantor program to another grantor program to create a hierarchical relationship. This relationship is then useful for reporting purposes. Attributes are not inherited from one level to another.

  • Service Organization

This is the organizational unit in the service area in which grantor program delivery is planned and executed. More than one responsible service organizations can be assigned to a central service organization. For example, Service Organization South can be sub-divided into the service organizations South-East and South-West.

  • Program Management Area

You can enter a program management area, essentially a sales area consisting of a sales organization with a distribution channel and division.

The unique combination of the service organization and sales organization define the assignment to the billing unit and, therefore, the company code / FM area.
