You can use Web requests to apply for grants over the Internet using an application form. Web requests are one channel through which potential grantees can apply for a grant. If the applicant makes an application for a grant by telephone or using another channel, the same application form can be filled out by the employee processing the application. As soon as the application form is submitted, an application is created.
SAP delivers the example Web requests SAPGAPDEMO
, SAPGCLDEMO
, and SAPGCR
.
For more information about working with Web requests, see Web Requests.
Web requests are integrated with the Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus). BRFplus enables you to support time-dependent input checks and corrections without having to modify the request code yourself.
You have made the required settings in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management
under .
You have activated the business function BRFplus for Grantor Management (CRM_ISPS_GTRBRFPLUS_1

The Web request is made available to the potential grantee over the Internet and can be found in the internal portal under Web Requests
.
The completed Web request is displayed in the Requests
application on the Requests
tab page. You can also make changes to the application form here at a later point in time. If there is more than one version of the application form,
you can display these here. The original version is always available.
The internal view Processor for Applicant
is available in the Web request.
