Mapping a BDoc to a BDoc Type
Prerequisites
Structure Mapper is used to map a BDoc to a BDoc type. This tool can map DDIC table/ DDIC structure fields to another set of DDIC table/ structure fields.
Note
The tables that hold the Structure Mapper Repository information are:
SMO9_SMAP1
It holds information about mapname (Write transaction or BDoc type name).SMO9_MDTL1
It is the header table and contains multiple rows defining many tables to tables or table to segment mappings for one mapname.
