In the Leasing scenario, SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) uses the business partner Business Partner and SAP ERP uses the business partners Business Partner, Customer, and Vendor. If you want to use Agency Business (in full service leasing) and Controlling, you have to synchronize the settings between Business Partner, Customer, and Vendor accordingly.

Prerequisites

  • You are familiar with the basic settings of the business partners Business Partner, Customer, and Vendor.

  • You have experience in configuring data exchange using CRM Middleware.

  • You have basic knowledge of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).

  • SAP CRM and SAP ERP are available.

  • SAP Notes

See the following SAP Notes in the specified order. If the notes have already been applied and are therefore no longer relevant for implementation (depending on which release and Support Package you use), you should still check these notes for references to other notes.
