Procedure documentation Transporting Folders Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the Knowledge Warehouse.

The information objects in the folders have status Released.

Procedure

To include folders and their information objects in a change request:

  1. Select the folders to be transported.
  2. Choose Folder ® Transport.

The Change Request Query dialog box appears.

You can:
  1. Confirm the change request

Note

To transport the folders, you must release the change request and check the transport log.

Result

The selected folders were included in a change request.
