Permission

Super Administration

Gives administrators permission to structure portal objects such as worksets for room templates and room part templates (See Maintenance of Worksets for Templates).

This composite role comprises the single roles Content Administration, System Administration, and User Administration.

System Administration

Gives administrators permission to access the system administration. This includes the system configuration for Collaboration.

pcd:portal_content/administrator/system_admin

Content Administration

Gives administrators permission to administrate content. Administration of Collaboration content comprises the following activities:

·        Room administration (across rooms)

·        Maintenance of templates for rooms and room parts

·        Making services available

In addition, the role provides access to the following configuration activities through related links:

·        Configuration of the room infrastructure

·        Configuration of the groupware calendar, groupware mailing services, and groupware transports

·        Configuration of the Real-Time Collaboration and Synchronous Collaboration Framework components

Collaboration

Gives users permission to access the following applications:

·        Room directory (entering rooms)

·        My Tasks

·        My Sessions (session records)

Collaboration Room Creation

Gives users permission for the following activities:

·        Room creation

·        Administration of rooms in which the user is the room owner

·        Administration of rooms in which the user is the room administrator
