Procedure documentation Changing Multimedia Objects in the Editor Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

In order to edit a multimedia object you must have the corresponding Editor installed on your PC.

Procedure

To change a multimedia object in the corresponding Editor:

  1. Place the cursor on the multimedia object to be changed and choose Info Object ® Change Content.
  2. Choose Editor.

    3. The multimedia object is opened in the PC application.

  3. Change the multimedia object in the PC application and save your changes.
  1. Close the PC application.
  2. In the dialog box Edit Document choose Save Document.

Result

The multimedia object is changed.
