Classifying Individual Users 

Use

You can assign a user type to a user when you create the user. This is especially useful, if you have already performed a system measurement, and have classified all users that exist when doing so.

Procedure

...

       1.      Start the user maintenance (transaction SU01) by choosing Tools ® Administration ® User Maintenance ® User.

       2.      Specify a user or an alias, and choose Change, Create, or Copy.

As of SAP Web Application Server 6.10, the contractual user type and the special version are copied when you copy a user.

       3.      Choose the License Data tab page in change mode.

       4.      Use the input help to select the contractual user type, and, if necessary, assign a special version or a country surcharge.

Alternatively, you can assign a reference user to the user on the Roles tab page.

       5.      Save your entries.
