Creating a Location Cluster Set

As an assortment planner, you typically create an assortment plan for each of the product hierarchies that you are responsible for. You want to ensure that the location cluster set used in each of your assortment plans is optimal. To achieve this, you typically create multiple location cluster sets, each time experimenting with different clustering criteria.

To create a new location cluster set:

1. Set settings and filters, to select the locations and products, to use in the creation of the location cluster set.

2. Create the location cluster set. You can create location cluster sets automatically (using smart clustering), by importing location cluster sets from existing files, or manually.
