Procedure documentation Assigning Items  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You use this procedure if you want to assign a number of items to an operation.

Prerequisites

You have called up the Component Assignments overview. ( This graphic is explained in the accompanying textHow?)

Procedure

  1. Choose the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text items view radio button.

    2. The items view appears.

  2. Select the items you want to assign and choose the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text operations view radio button.

    3. The operations view appears.

  3. Select the operation you want to assign items to and click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the Create component assignment quick info.

    4. The system creates the component assignments in the worklist.

    Note

    You can check the component assignments in the component assignments view, by choosing the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text component assignments view radio button.

  4. Save your data.

Result

The system creates the component assignments in the database.
