Use

This function enables you to assign collections to a translator. The translator can then call the collections up in his or her personal worklist.

Prerequisites

·        The translator has been defined in the translation system.

·        Your translator profile includes the authorization USCO with the value 01. If you want to assign collections that are not assigned to you, you also need the authorization COSE with the value 01.

Procedure

The procedure depends on whether you have been created as a coordinator for all languages (language ****) or for just one language, and whether you want to assign collections to one or several translators.

To perform the following steps, you must first call up transaction LXE_MASTER.
