Fix

Fixing a markup object keeps the markup object in the position where it was created. For example, if you highlight a piston in a motor with an arrow, and then rotate the motor, the position of the arrow is constantly recalculated and rotates with the motor.

  • Activate the fix mode by clicking on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Fix).
You can verify that the fix mode is active. Place the cursor on the 3D model. The current cursor position is displayed by a little anchor symbol.
  • Select the desired markup function. For example, if you want to draw a line click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  • Click on the model a second time to position the markup object.
