Function documentation Settings for 2D Formats  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

A variety of settings for the Viewer Function Bar allow the viewer to be optimized for the current tasks of the user. These settings are saved according to user for the work center where the user is active.

These settings influence the display of original application files in 2D Format.

Prerequisites

You display the original application file with the integrated viewer in the standard SAP system, and the Viewer Function Bar active.

Procedure

  1. Select Tools ® This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Options.

You see the Personal Settings dialog box. The following overview displays the tab pages on which you can maintain the settings.

Toolbar

  • In the data section Navigation, select functions to be displayed by an icon directly in the viewer function bar, such as This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Move.
    If you cannot select a function here, you can start it from the viewer function bar via Navigation ® <Function>.
  • In the data section Pages you determine the page range to be displayed for a document with more than one page. The toolbar is tailored to the relevant icons for navigation.

Colors

Determine settings for the color configuration, for example, for the grayscale for a TIFF file, as well as for the background color.

Save

Determine on this tab page which color levels are to be saved.
