Monitoring Progress of Current Evaluation Run 

Use

In large systems, evaluations can take several hours to run. It is therefore interesting to know how far the evaluation has progressed, and the languages for which new worklists are already available. If translations are urgently required, translation into certain languages can start before the current evaluation run has completely finished. 

Prerequisites

An evaluation run has started.

Procedure

       1.      In transaction LXE_MASTER, select the Evaluations tab page.

       2.      Choose Current Run.

The system displays the Evaluation: <Evaluation Name> dialog box.

Processing status R (released) indicates which object type is currently being evaluated, and the language and translation area for which this evaluation is taking place.

Processing status I (initial) indicates the languages for which some object types have not been evaluated yet. If you expand the individual nodes, you can see the translation areas, object types, and languages that have not been evaluated yet.

The processing status X (completed) indicates which object types have already been evaluated for which languages.

       3.      To close the dialog box, choose Cancel.
