Displaying Transport Requests in Transport
Recording
Use
You can display the transport requests that you have created and filled with translations in transport recording. The system takes you to the screen of the standard transport request transaction, SE09.
You can then release the transport recording requests, which transports the translations to other systems.
Prerequisites
· You can only use transport recording if your user profile includes the authorization object S_TRANSPRT with activity CREA and type TRAN (Transport of Copies) or DTRA (Workbench Request).
· When you display requests in transport recording, the system only displays the requests created in transaction SLXT. Any transport requests that were created without using transaction SLXT are not displayed on this screen.
Procedure

1. Call transaction SLXT.
The SE63 Translation Transport screen is displayed.
2. Choose Display Transport Requests.
3. If you want to display all of the transport requests, select the All Requests display option.
All of the translation transport requests created in the system are displayed, irrespective of their target language.
4. If you want to display the transport requests for the language currently displayed in the Target Language field, select the Current Language display option.
All of the translation transport requests in the system are displayed for the current language.
5. If you want to display all of the transport requests that you created, select the Current User display option.
All of the translation transport requests that you created are displayed.
6. Double-click a request in the list and release it.
Result
The system
displays the requests that match your display criteria. You can release them,
which transports the translations to other systems. Proceed in the same way as
