Displaying Translation Performance Data 

Use

Coordinators can select and display translation performance data for individual:

·        Translators

·        Translator groups

·        Collections

·        Short text object groups

·        Translation performance datasets

Translators can select and display their own translation performance data for individual:

·        Collections

·        Short text object groups

·        Translation performance datasets

 

Prerequisites

Coordinators need authorization object TPMO value 01 to display translation performance data for all translators in their translator group.

Coordinators need authorization object TPMO value 02 to display translation performance data for all translators in all translator groups.

 

Procedure

To select and display translation performance data:

       1.      Access transaction TPMO.

The system displays the Translation Performance Monitor screen, which you maintain as follows:

       2.      In the Translators group box:

¡        You can select translation performance data for one or more translator groups. Use the input help and multiple selection pushbutton for the Translator Group field to select the translator group(s) you require.

¡        You can select translation performance data for one or more translators. Use the input help and multiple selection pushbutton for the Translator field to select the translator(s) you require.

       3.      In the Translation group box:

¡        You can select a source language for which you want to display translation performance data using the input help for the Source Language field.

¡        You can select a target language for which you want to display translation performance data using the input help for the Target Language field.

       4.      In the Selection Basis group box:

¡        You can select one or more collections for which you want to view translation performance data using the input help the Collections field. The system displays the Collections dialog box.

¡        You can select one or more object types for which you want to view translation performance data using the input help for the Object Types field. The system displays the Object Type Selection (Groups) dialog box.

       5.      In the Dataset group box:

¡        You can select translation performance data for one or more datasets using the input help for the From... To fields to select start and finish dates and times.

¡        You can display the current translation performance dataset by selecting the Include Current Dataset checkbox.

       6.      You can select the ALV Layout you want to use to display translation performance data using the input help for the ALV Layout field.

       7.      Choose Execute.

The system displays a summary of translation performance data for your selection.

You can view the translation performance data for your selection in the ALV Layout by choosing the TPMO pushbutton.

 

Result

The system displays translation performance data for your selection.
