If an additional variable text is to appear on multiple forms, a print action record must be created for each form or each form level on which text is to be printed. This takes place with a report maintained by the user and designated for a specific purpose. The prerequisite for using the report is that the search function for print action records has been implemented in the application form.
Copy the sample report SAPRISU_PRINTACTION_GENERATE and adjust it to meet your requirements.
By adjusting the report, you determine why the print action records are created and the entities to which they belong.
Once you have copied and adjusted the report, run it. You can then use the print action records for selection.
