Use

This Internet Application Component enables you to access your mailbox and company-wide folders.

Procedure

  1. Select the folder that you want to display or process.
  2. The system displays the folders and documents contained in the folder you selected.

    Depending on the folder you are in, you can perform certain functions.

  3. In the document list, choose one of the following processing options:

Enter a recipient and choose Find so that the recipient type is entered automatically. Select Express if necessary, and enter a title and the text. Choose Send.

The system sends the message to the recipient and enters it in your outbox.

Enter a title and the text and choose Save. You can process the document using the following functions:

If you want to attach a document that was created using the SAP Editor, enter the title of the document. If you want to attach a PC document, enter the path and name for the document, or choose Browse and select the PC document from your directory hierarchy.

Enter a recipient and choose Find so that the recipient type is entered automatically. If necessary, select Express.

Enter a resubmission date and choose Save.

The system displays your private folders. Choose the required folder. Once you have saved, the document is only available in the selected folder. If you create a reference, the system displays the same document in the original folder and the selected folder, so changes made to the document appear in both folders.

The system places the document in the Trash folder. You can retrieve a document in the Trash folder by moving it, or delete it completely.

Note

You can display the short messages and documents that you sent in a recipient list by selecting Recipient in the document display. This provides you with information on whether and when the documents were read by the various recipients.
