Definition

Layouts which SAP delivers as standard. You can use these standard layouts as templates for your own layouts, or simply use them as they are.

Note

Do not make changes on the actual samples delivered by SAP. Instead, make a copy of them and make your changes here.

Structure

Entering actual data

8A-001 Profit center/account

You use this layout to enter data in profit center local currency for a given combination of profit center and account.

8A-002 Profit center/account/partner profit center

You use this layout to enter data in profit center local currency for a given combination of profit center, account and partner profit center.

8A-005 Profit center/account/functional area

You use this layout to enter data in profit center local currency for a given combination of profit center, account and functional area.

8A-006 Profit center/account/representative material

You use this layout to enter data in profit center local currency for a given combination of profit center, account and representative material. You can specify the representative material further by entering the plant in the header data. You can also enter a quantity for the representative material. The unit of measure is determined from the materials master record.

8A-191 Profit center/account

You use this layout to enter data in transaction currency for a given combination of profit center and account. The transaction currency is a mandatory variable here.

8A-192 Profit center/account/partner profit center

You use this layout to enter data in transaction currency for a given combination of profit center, account and partner profit center.

8A-195 Profit center/account/functional area/transaction currency

You use this layout to enter data in transaction currency for a given combination of profit center, account and functional area.

8A-196 Profit center/account/representative material

You use this layout to enter data in transaction currency for a given combination of profit center, account and representative area. You can specify the representative material further by entering the plant in the header data. You can also enter a quantity for the representative material. The unit of measure is determined from the materials master record.

8A-DOC Profit Center document display

Using line item display, you can go from Reporting to the original document in Profit Center Accounting. This layout determines how the original document is to be displayed. It is not suitable for entering data in Profit Center Accounting.

Entering statistical Key Figures

8A-701 Profit-center-group/statistical key figure group: fixed values

If you use this layout, you can enter period-independent data for various profit centers or profit center groups related to a statistical key figure or key figures group. Statistical key figures of type 1 are fixed values (for example number of employees). If you choose this layout, you can enter period-independent data for various profit centers or profit center groups related to a statistical key figure or statistical key figure group of this kind. You can also enter a distribution key.

8A-702 Profit-center-group/statistical key figure group: totals values

Statistical key figures of type 1 are consumption values (for example telephone units). If you choose this layout, you can enter period-specific data for various profit centers or profit center groups related to a statistical key figure or statistical key figure group of this kind. Statistical key figures of this type are ones which occur anew for each period (for example telephone consumption units). You can also enter a distribution key in this layout.

8A-711 Statistical key figure group type 1/profit center group

If you choose this layout, you can enter period-independent data for a statistical key figure or statistical key figure group related to various profit centers or profit center groups of this kind. These statistical key figures are type 1, that is, values which do not arise separately each month, but ones of a more constant nature (for example number of employees). You can also enter a distribution key in this layout.

8A-712 Statistical key figure group type 2/profit center group

Statistical key figures of type 2 are consumption values (for example telephone units). If you choose this layout, you can enter period-independent data for a statistical key figure or statistical key figure group related to various profit centers or profit center groups of this kind. You can also enter a distribution key.
