Authorization Concept for Article Hierarchy Maintenance

Article hierarchy maintenance has an authorization concept that allows you to pass on authorizations to every node of an article hierarchy.
The authorization applies to all lower-level nodes. Authorization to display it is not limited to a certain number of people. You can, however, limit the number of authorized persons, using standard authorizations.
Using transaction PFCG you can maintain two authorization objects: an authorization object for transaction authorizations and an authorization object for article hierarchy maintenance. A check for maintenance authorization is then carried out at the level of the entry nodes. If the user has authorization for a node then they can enter with any subnode of "their subtree".
