Profit Center Master Data Index 

Use

The master data index provides you with an overview of all existing profit centers in your system. It provides a list of all selected profit centers.

Activities

You can use the name of a profit center or profit center group, the person in charge or a certain validity date as selection parameters.

When you have specified the selection parameters a list with the relevant profit centers is displayed. From there you can go to profit center master data maintenance by double‑clicking on a line.

A further function enables you to create a profit center group from the profit centers displayed. To do this, select the desired profit centers and choose Create group. You can use these profit center groups in reporting, allocations or in various planning functions.
