Use
Internet links and mail addresses important for your work can be saved in the Planning Workbench. While processing a worklist, you can go directly from the worklist to the Internet or to the mail program.
Prerequisites
You can also call up Internet services while displaying additional data for the individual entries in the worklist. You must previously have entered the required Internet links and the mail addresses in the vendor and site master data. For further information in displaying additional data, see

When you select an Internet link in the worklist, your browser is started and a connection is made to the web page concerned.
When you select a mail address in the worklist, your mail program is started and the address selected entered as the recipient.
