Environment Information and Options for Going to Other Functions
Use
You can branch from the perishables planning list to the host of information you need to obtain an overview of the current market situation. You can also go directly to some maintenance functions.
Prerequisites
Before you can use this function, you must generate a perishables planning list (see

You can go to the following information directly from the perishables planning list:
The system displays the article master data of the article selected.
The system displays the vendor master data of the vendor selected.
If a specific article has already been ordered from the vendor in the line selected, the system displays the purchasing documents created. You can also change the purchase order as required.
You can go to a special planning list (for procuring produce at a market, for example) directly from the perishables planning list. You can print the planning list and transfer it electronically (see
This takes you to the controlling functions for perishables. Comprehensive functions are available, such as manual analyses, drill-down/switching and ABC analysis. The early warning system functions are also available, including interactive and periodic analyses.
The system displays all the vendor purchase orders for a site placed in the order period selected. You can branch from the list to the purchase order details.
The system displays all the purchase requisitions for a site in the order period selected. You can branch from the list to the purchase requisition details.
The system displays the availability details of the articles selected.
The system displays the current stock level and the requirements that exist for the article selected.
You can define the quantities and delivery dates for the individual recipients of each article. (See
