Status Overview in the Preceding Documents
Implementation Options
You can obtain an overview of the goods issue status of an outbound delivery in the delivery itself and via the document flow.
In the standard version of the SAP System, the following indicators are defined for the goods issue status:

Goods issue cannot be only partially carried out. A delivery item, therefore, cannot have a status of partial completion of goods issue.
Delivery header
The goods issue status of the entire delivery is displayed in the delivery header. You can access the goods issue status for the entire delivery by selecting Goto ® Header ® Processing on any delivery overview screen. The goods issue status for the entire delivery can be found in the Goods issue (Total goods movement status) field.
Delivery items
The goods issue status is also displayed for each item. You can access the goods issue status for specific items by selecting an item and choosing Goto ® Item ® Processing on any delivery overview screen. The status overview for the delivery item appears. You will find the goods movement status in the Goods issue (Goods movement status) field.
Process flow
You can display the goods issue status overview of an outbound delivery from the document flow:
The system displays the numbers of all the preceding and subsequent documents for this document.
The status overview for the delivery appears in a dialog box. You find the processing status for goods issue in the Goods movement stat. field.
When you call up the document flow for an order, the system displays the processing status for a delivery item. When you call up the document flow for a delivery, the system displays the processing status for the entire delivery.
The document flow screen reappears.
