You can search for sales documents according to their current system status or user status. A list of sales documents with the status you have entered appears independantly of the selection criteria you enter. You can display a list of sales documents or sales document items at header or item level.
In order to search for sales documents according to status, proceed as follows:
This brings you to the selection screen for displaying by status.
– status by which you wish to search
– whether you wish to search by system status or user status
– other relevant selection criteria
You can display a list of available user statuses, by choosing Help ® Application help. You will then receive the corresponding program documentation. In the Prerequisites section, you can go directly to Customizing, where the status profiles are maintained.
You will receive a list of sales documents or sales document items corresponding to your selection criteria. Only the documents or items, for which the corresponding status is set, are chosen. You can select individual documents or document items for further processing.
