Proposing Items From Another Document

To copy all or selected items from a sales document, proceed as follows:

In the overview screen of the sales document, choose Edit ® Propose items.

Enter the number of the sales document, or search for the number by selecting the possible entries pushbutton.

Select one of the following:

Copy materials to copy all materials

Copy quantities to copy all materials with quantities

Selection list to list the sales document and to select the required materials.

Depending on the function key you select, the system either copies the material with or without a quantity into the sales document, or it displays a list from which you can select the quantities and materials you want to be copied.
