To display a scheduling agreement, proceed as follows:

  1. In the initial screen, choose Logistics ® Sales and distribution ® Sales.
  2. Choose Outline agreement ® Scheduling agreement ® Display.
  3. The system automatically proposes the number of the last scheduling agreement you created during the current work session.
  4. Alternatively, enter the number of the required scheduling agreement or, if you do not know the number, enter one or more additional search criteria. For example, you can enter the number of the relevant purchase order, the unloading point, or the name of the sold-to party.

  5. Choose Enter to display the scheduling agreement.

If more than one scheduling agreement meets your selection criteria, the system displays a list from which you can choose the correct one.

Displaying a List of Scheduling Agreements
