Use

If you generate a collective purchase order for an article for which SLS data is defined, the SLS data is automatically included in the collective purchase order. If pre-packing is required, the system generates sub-items for every collective purchase order item. A sub-item is created for each recipient and the quantity allocated to that recipient.

Note

You can only assign an SLS to a purchase order if you are generating a collective purchase order. If you create a regular purchase order online or have the system generate a purchase order for an allocation table, you cannot assign any SLS.

This segment is the main item for the article ordered.

This segment refers to the main item and includes information on the procedure for the SLS additional. This information lets the vendor know which service to perform.

These segments refer to the article ordered and are assigned to the main item. They contain information on all the individual quantities, for example the individual quantity of pre-packed goods allocated to a recipient.

These segments refer to the article ordered and are assigned to the main item. They include information on the recipient of the pre-packed goods. If a customer master record exists for a recipient, the system adds the customer data, such as the address of the store, to the partner segment using 'SLS' as an indicator.
