Prerequisites

Function requests must have been created.

Procedure

  1. Choose System ® Services ® Reporting.

    Note 458045.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. Enter OR (= order) in the Object type field.
  5. Note

If you want to carry out a mass availability check, leave this field blank.

  6. Enter the following selection criteria (user name, plant, date of entry, time of entry).
  7. Choose Mass processing ® Settings...
  8. Select the functions, whose requests are to be processed.
  9. If necessary, enter a sequence number. This determines the sequence of execution, if you want to execute more than one function.

    Note

You can determine whether all functions for production orders in a collective order are processed together in a LUW (Logical Unit of Work). This means that if processing is stopped for whatever reason, none of the functions is carried out for the collective order.

  10. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The requests are processed.

Note

You can also save your entries as a variant. To do so, in step 7 choose Goto ® Variants ® Save as variant...

Note

The program COWORKDISPATCH executes the function requests that were created with mass processing.

If you use mass processing online and work with requests, you can schedule the program COWORKDISPATCH periodically to ensure that the requests are processed regularly.
