Prerequisites

The report does not have status RR (Report request), GP (Generation possible), SE (System error) or GF (Generation failed).

You have authorization to edit the report header.

Procedure

  1. On the Product Safety screen, choose Reports ® Edit reports ® General (or Validate, Release, Versioning, Set to historical).

  2. Enter your search criteria.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. If the SAP System finds one or more reports that match your search criteria, the Report Management: Report Tree screen appears.

  4. Position the cursor on the corresponding report line and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    6. The report header data is displayed.

  6. In the Assigned specifications group box, assign the report specifications for which the report is valid.

    7. Note

    You can only assign specifications for which no released reports for the same generation variant exist.
