In collective purchase order generation, you can move temporary data from the main memory to the local file system or to the database. Doing this reduces main memory requirements, however, collective purchase order generation will take a little longer.

You activate the indicator in the transaction for collective purchase order generation (WF10) on the tab page Technical parameters.

• If you set the Store issue documents tempor. indicator on the Technical parameters tab page, you need to start program R_CPO_DELETE_TEMPORARY_DATA regularly (daily is recommended) to delete this data again. The data can be deleted again immediately after collective purchase order generation.
